  • Account & Profile Data: Username, Email address, Encrypted Password (hash), Display name, profile picture, level progress (XP logs), and Crew affiliations.
  • User-Generated Content: Photos of your vehicles, vehicle specifications (make, model, HP), Face-Off voting activity, locations and dates of Crew Meetups you organize, and chat messages.
  • Order & Billing Data: First name, Last name, Delivery address, Billing address, Phone number, and Email address when you place an order in our shop.
  • Payment Data: We do NOT store your credit card details. All payments are securely processed by third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe), which only provide us with the transaction status and basic billing info.
  • Technical Data: IP address (for security and spam prevention), browser type, and cookies.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Community Services: To operate the Crew ecosystem, Garage showcases, Face-Off rankings, internal leaderboards, and to facilitate user-organized real-world Meetups.
  • Contract Fulfillment: To process, fulfill, and deliver your e-shop orders and to send you important order updates (e.g., shipping confirmations).
  • Account Management: To create and manage your user account and enable platform features.
  • Security: To ensure the security of our website (detecting spam, fraudulent voting, or brute-force attacks).
  • Analytics: To analyze website traffic via Google Analytics (anonymized data) to improve user experience.
  • Marketing: To send newsletters (only if you explicitly subscribed).

4. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary:

  • Account Data: Stored as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.
  • User-Generated Content: Uploaded vehicle photos and meetup data remain on the platform as long as your account exists or until you manually delete them.
  • Billing & Order Data: Kept for 10 years as required by Slovak accounting and tax laws, even if you delete your user account.
  • Newsletter Data: Stored until you unsubscribe.
  • Analytics Data: Retained for a limited period as per Google Analytics standard settings (usually 14 months).

5. COOKIES & ANALYTICS

Our website uses cookies to function properly and to analyze traffic.

  • Essential Cookies: Required for login sessions, cart functionality, and security.

  • Payment Processors: E.g., Stripe, to securely process your transactions.
  • Hosting Provider: To store our database securely.

  • Legal Authorities: If required by law, taxation audits, or in case of illegal activity on the platform.
