Every member plays a part, but respect is earned. Here is the chain of command:

• Leader: The founder. Has absolute control over settings, roles, kicking, and the showcase car.
• Co-Leader: The right-hand. Can manage join requests, kick lower ranks, set the showcase, and schedule meetups.
• Elite & Street Racer: Trusted veterans. Can schedule official crew meetups and guide rookies.
• Member: The backbone of the crew, actively generating XP and REP.

Reputation (REP) is your crew's lifeblood. Hitting new levels unlocks powerful global perks in the Skill Tree.

How to farm REP:

• Recruitment: Accepting new members significantly boosts REP.
• Garage Flex: Adding new cars to your personal garage.
• Daily Activity: Logins and participating in community events naturally generate REP over time.

Every time you earn personal XP on the platform (by voting, uploading, purchasing, or interacting), 10% of that value is copied directly to the Crew's Vault.

You do NOT lose your personal XP!

This collective vault dictates your crew's standing on the global leaderboards. The more active the members, the more notorious the crew becomes.

Elites and higher ranks can organize real-world meetups exclusively for the crew.

• Location: Paste a direct Google Maps link or type a clear description (e.g., "Tesco Parking Lot").
• Rules: The creator sets the rules. Keep it safe, respect the spot, and don't bring unwanted heat.
• Privacy: Meetups are hidden from the public and only visible to crew members on the Dashboard.

Your Crew Garage is automatically populated by the vehicles your members upload to their personal profiles.

Showcase Car: Leaders and Co-Leaders can pin one ultimate build to the top of the garage. It represents the crew's style and dominates the page. Bragging rights included.
